Does anyone have some recommendations for the best contact manager. I have looked at a few on line and haven't really found anything that I have liked a lot yet. So many of them just seem so basic. I would like something that I can customize a lot. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good GPS unit that will optimize multiple destinations? While I know my market area like the back of my hand, I am looking to expand into some perimeter markets. It would be handy to have a GPS where you can enter a large number of addresses and have the GPS tell you the best route to go between them all. It seems that most GPSs only let you do this with one or two destinations.

I thought it might be fun to see how much time people are spending on Active Rain. When I first started a few months ago, I would go on it occassionally. Then I got into wanting points by posting and commenting so I began going on a few times a week. The point system they created really is great for keeping people interested in going on more often. Now I am addicted and read the site every day at lunchtime and at dinnertime too if I eat at the office. Of course, last thing before heading to bed is always a good time too :)
I have learned so much from being active on this site. I will be celebrating my 20th anniversary in real estate this July and it is amazing how much there still is to learn.
To answer my own question, I would say that I average 40-80 minutes per day depending on how involved I get with the posts.
